1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "w565", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the w565.club platform and all services offered thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service on the w565 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the w565.club website, its subdomains, and any associated mobile interface.
• "Account" — the personal account held by a registered player on the w565 platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used on the w565 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a player on a game, event, or market available on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by w565 subject to separate terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under responsible gaming standards.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the w565 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. w565 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed. Underage gambling is illegal and w565 does not knowingly permit it.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one active w565 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w565 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other details requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. w565 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w565 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify w565 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. w565 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

w565 operates under responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations that require identity verification. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point:

• A clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of ownership of your deposit payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account matching the registered details).
• Any additional documentation w565 may reasonably require in specific circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. w565 reserves the right to close unverified accounts and return any uninvested deposited funds to the original payment method used, less any applicable processing fees.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

w565 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the w565 cashier at time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. w565 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days. Withdrawal times may vary based on your payment provider. w565 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, in particular for large amounts or in cases of suspected fraud.

4.3 Currency

The w565 platform operates in PKR. Where a payment provider processes in a different currency, conversion at the applicable exchange rate will occur. w565 is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

4.4 No Money Laundering

The w565 platform must not be used as a financial instrument. Depositing funds without genuine intent to wager, structuring transactions to avoid verification thresholds, or any other conduct consistent with money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the w565 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, slots, or card games. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant market.
• w565 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) or the certified game server logs will be conclusive.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and market, as displayed in the platform interface at time of wagering.
• w565 reserves the right to limit the stake or frequency of bets placed by any account at its discretion, including accounts suspected of match exploitation or arbitrage.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, w565 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a guaranteed financial benefit.
• w565 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that players are not disadvantaged mid-fulfilment of wagering requirements already in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts or withdrawn as cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w565 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, card games, or other competitive game formats.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where you have not disclosed this to w565.
• Allowing or facilitating access to a w565 account by a person under the age of 18.

8. Responsible Gaming

w565 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your w565 account.
• Session time limits and notifications — alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-off periods — temporary suspension of account access for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion — a longer-term or permanent block on account access for players who determine that gambling is harming them. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any w565 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w565's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. w565 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside w565's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider outages, or force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits w565's liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

w565 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• w565 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• w565 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• A player requests account closure via the responsible gaming self-exclusion mechanism.

Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to a breach by the player), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be returned.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the w565 operator's jurisdiction of licensing. In the event of any dispute between you and w565 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as prescribed by w565's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause prevents w565 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

13. Amendments to These Terms

w565 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, w565 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the w565 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
